# The sixteen archetypes

> The catalogue of starting points — what each kind of agent is made from.

HTML version: https://lemontea.ai/docs/archetypes-guide — updated 2026-10-05.

The [archetype catalogue](/archetypes) is the long tail of "an agent for my X": a rental listing, a CV, a restaurant menu, a rate card, a house manual. Each archetype names the document the agent is made from and the questions it exists to absorb.

An archetype is a starting point, not a template store — there is nothing to install and no marketplace. You still bring the document; the archetype is the answer to "what would I even make".

> Every archetype shares the same rule: the agent answers from your document or declines, shows the line it came from, and does not act on your behalf unless you published a guarded action for it — and even then, only inside the consent you set.
